Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Packin Pixie! We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Pacific Time), excluding weekends and holidays.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • During busy periods, including holidays, product launches, and promotional events, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, Packin Pixie is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Packin Pixie is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS first to initiate a claim or locate your package. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to help.
