Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, we're happy to help before you purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this 2-hour window, orders immediately enter our processing queue and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
